On April 14, 2022, TAQA Morocco was granted rights to develop 96 MW of solar power capacity across five sites as part of the MASEN Noor PV II program. The projects, located in Sidi Bennour and Kelaat des Sghrana, are part of an international tender covering the financing, construction, operation, and sale of solar energy under the 400 MW Noor PV II initiative.
